The remaining balance is payable on or before your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Klarna Payments
Where available, Klarna payment options are provided through our payment provider.
Any finance agreement is between you and Klarna. Approval is subject to Klarna's eligibility criteria and terms.
Missed payments may affect your credit rating. Please read Klarna's terms before selecting this payment option.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or failure to attend appointments.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Clients must provide accurate and honest medical information before treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy may result in treatment being refused or cancelled.
Cassies Cosmetics is not responsible for complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
Healing times, longevity of results, and treatment response differ from person to person.
9. Aftercare
Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and may increase the risk of complications.

Where products are sold through the website, every effort is made to ensure descriptions and images are accurate.
Colours and packaging may vary slightly from those displayed.
11. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
